To comply with the global green policy, advanced dust collectors and waste water treatment facilities have been installed in our manufacturing sites to reduce waste, enhancing the recycling and guarantee waste water and air to meet national safety standards and requirements. 
Aligned with the pursuit of excellence in the Pharmaceutical Industry, Standard is committed in providing community and social life improvements as well.  Product and business expansions are geared toward creating more job opportunities. The Fan Dow Nan Foundation, formed in 1995, instituted by Standard as part of its unceasing commitment to bring social welfare to those in need, offers Scholarship grants to deserving students from low-income families and sponsors various charitable and educational activities. Standard also allocates annual funds for the improvement and beautification of local environment and generously sponsors social events such as: National Ping Pong Tournament, Children Painting Contest, National Jogging Contest, Blood Donation Activities, etc. 
Furthermore, Standard Pharmaceutical Journal was created and is being provided free to medical professionals to disseminate recent and most up-to-date medical information.
