Profile of API Department

API Department of Standard Chem. & Pharm. Co., Ltd. was established in 1989 for manufacturing and developing a series of Al, Mg, Si, Ca component Antacids and organic bulk pharmaceutical chemicals (BPC). In addition, our product pipelines included excipients. These products have been used as raw materials at STANDARD Company and sold to domestic and overseas pharmaceutical companies. To meet the requirements of customers, we continue to research and develop new products.

The first organic synthesis plant (Product section B) was established by a group of senior experts and engineers with thorough industry hands-on experience, making it feasible to manufacturing best-quality BPC.  R&D, Manufacturing, Q.A. and Q.C., and Sales sections form a team of industry experts in API  Department.  We also cooperate with many research institutes and chemical industrial organizations to develop new products.
To expand production capacity, API Department established the second organic synthesis plant (Product section C). As a result, production increased in as much as five times the old one meeting both local and international marketing demands.

Our manufacturing processes are in compliance with cGMP and our quality system has acquired ISO 9001 certificate. In addition, we have GMP certificate of API from WHO in Taiwan. 

Several Technical Package data of our Products can be provided to customers. 

Some of our Drug Master Files (DMF) have been submitted for FDA registration.  Moreover, we have filed application of EDMF in European countries for some of our products.  To date, our products have been approved and accepted by numerous well-known companies in Europe, U.S.A., and Japan.
